The Home Tab


When you first open the app you will be greated with a message saying 'Set The Date'.

Click this to be taken to a new screen where you can specify the date of your wedding, once happy with your date click the 'Go Back' button to be taken back to the home screen.

Once the date has been set the home screen will display the date of your wedding and the days remaining until it.

The Budget Tab


The initial Budget Screen has two options 'Your Budget' and 'Budget Items'.

Your Budget :
Clicking Your Budget will take you to a new screen which will display your current budget, the amount you have spent (determined by budget items see below) and your remaining money.

There is an 'Edit' button on the screen click this and you will be taken to a new screen where you can set / change your weddings budget.

Budget Items :
Clicking Budget Items will take you to a list of all the items you have added, They are displayed with their name and price. The app calculates the total price of these items and uses this to tell you your remaining money on the 'Your Budget' Screen.

To Edit your Budget Items click the 'Edit' button.

Once on the edit screen you can add a new item by typing the name and price and then clicking the add button.

You can delete existing items by swiping your finger across the name of the item you wish to remove from your list.

You can also click the 'Email' button to email yourself the current list of items.(must have an email account set up on your iPhone)

The Guests Tab


The initial Guests Screen has three options 'Day','Night' and 'Table Planner'.

Day :
Clicking this will display all the names of your day guests.

You can edit this list by clicking the 'Edit' button.

From the edit screen you can add and remove people in the same way used in the 'Budget Items' section.

You can also click the 'Email' button to email yourself the current list of guests.(must have an email account set up on your iPhone)

Night :
Same As Above

Table Planner :
Clicking this will display a list of all the Day Guests accompanied by the table they are to be seated at.

If the guest is yet to be assigned to a table then it will say 'no table set' next to there name.

You can edit this list by clicking the 'Edit' button.

From the edit screen you can either email yourself this list of guests or you can click on a guests name and assign them to a table.

The Planner Tab


The initial Planner Screen has three options 'Pre Wedding','The Big Day' and 'Post Wedding'.

All three of these screens operate in the same way.

when you enter one of them you will be presented with your current checklist items for that option. If you havnet set any checklist items then the screen will be empty.

To add an item click 'Edit'.

From the edit screen you can either add a new item or add a tick to an existing item.

To add a tick (to suggest the item has been completed) simply click the items name (from the edit screen).

The Help Tab


The initial Help Screen has two options 'Tips' and 'About'.

Both of these options require you to have a valid network signal, as they request the information from the internet.

Tips :

The Tips option will load up a page with Wedding tips ranging from budgeting tips to common mistakes people make.

About :

The About option will load up this screen, which contains information about all of the tabs in the app.
